[His work] is creating a new kind of awareness and pronounced openness across all levels to actively engage in further cultural change. Michael Stuber facilitates this process with his critical view, strategic vision and with a convenient style all of which helps us to progress significantly. It is also a real pleasure working with him.
How exactly do I work?
My unusual mix of an analytical educational background, an intercultural experience and advanced thought leadership enables me particular approaches and distinctive contributions. Having over the decades worked in almost all business contexts from HR and marketing to research and production, I apply my combined competences where complexity needs to be shaped.
Dialogue as an impetus for tomorrow’s solutions
The best checklists, the most effective team routines and the most impressive events are created right where they are actually needed: In the context of the company. With its needs and readiness level. Instead of best practices, I therefore focus on personal dialogues. One-on-one with executives, in teams with management and in larger groups with the workforce. Asking the right questions generates the most effective and relevant momentum in a given situation.
Developing the past into the future
As unique a culture is, as obstructive it is for change and for future -readiness. That’s why I always work on implicit norms which are deeply rooted in a culture. It is essential to build bridges between these norms and the success factors of the future.
Shaping progress using routines
Management teams work together successfully. I use existing mechanisms in my work to incorporate issues dealing with the future and to ensure progress continues to materialise.
Creating authenticity through conviction
The challenges faced by executives go far beyond the huge responsibility they carry in their management position. Conflicting trends, contradictory goals and individual emotions create complexities that can only be overcome on a personal level.
My approach to leadership and culture is primarily based on deep listening. By asking the right questions, we then identify the decisive parameters which will ensure a successful future.
