[His work] is creating a new kind of awareness and pronounced openness across all levels to actively engage in further cultural change. Michael Stuber facilitates this process with his critical view, strategic vision and with a convenient style all of which helps us to progress significantly. It is also a real pleasure working with him.
What drives success?
Market expertise, top technology or efficient processes form essential pillars of top economic performance. However, companies and their products or services only become truly outstanding through their people. It is their engagement, and possibly their passion, that turns an offer out of many into a unique experience.
Culture as the last distinguishing factor
In times when customers, talents or investors have a wide range of choices at a moment’s notice, companies only have their culture and the associated brand left as a genuinely differentiating factor. Culture has thus become a design priority, be it to attract and retain employees or to convince customers or investors. Due to its unique character and its persistence, culture cannot be developed with simple formula programmes and prepared for tomorrow. It needs someone who listens carefully, understands it and supports it in challenging times with their heart, their mind and a wealth of experience.
Leadership must embrace complexity and shape the future
With the drastic effects of globalisation and several waves of digitalisation, the nature of leadership has evolved in many ways. Today, sense-making, mastering complexity, change management and various support tasks have become top priorities. In this context, managers experience conflicting goals, ambiguities, clashing stakeholder expectations and a constant need to reconcile priorities. They need a new kind of support in order to assume their key responsibility in achieving success.
For over 20 years, my consulting focus has been on shaping cultures, leadership and corporate settings in a way that people can and want to perform to their best, managers act as catalysts and organisations as a whole are outstandingly successful.
