What differentiates my profile?

Specialisations have always felt rather constraining to me, so I became an industrial engineer, a European and a progressive thinker. In my work, this skillset enables me to quickly grasp individual client contexts, identify relevant solutions and constructively engage all stakeholders.

Analytical-empirical background

When a lot is at stake, sound information provides the essential foundation. In addition to my methodological studies, I have conducted numerous research projects and published evidence-based articles and books. Consequently, analytical principles also guide my consulting work.

Inter-cultural normality

The business world and society are today organised by diversity. The fact that people and their realities are often different from what we think, believe or wish is something I have experienced throughout my life as a natural thing. This has become an asset in the complex settings of my projects.

Progressive thought-leader

Advancing, achieving more and being significantly better – none of this is possible with proven standard solutions. Curiosity for what is not yet established has always driven me. Winning people for new ideas continues to be one of my key added values of my work.
