With international experience in numerous industries and an analytical-empirical approach, I ask the right questions that lead to the crucial interfaces or intersections.

This is my approach to provide valuable input, e.g. on the following three levels

I work with 2nd & 3rd level management teams to create a shared approach to managing talent and shaping collaboration.

Inspiring and integrating corporate cultures

I facilitate dialogues with employees that generate a new understanding of diverse perspectives and needs, and stimulate everybody to unfold their full potential on the basis of shared values.
